Buying from us
Tell us the products, the grades, the pack sizes and the quantities. We come back with a written quotation covering price, packing and availability for that order.
The range covers what a pool or a water system needs across its whole chemistry set — chlorine sanitisers, pH and alkalinity correctors, a coagulant for clarity and a stabiliser — in pail, drum and bulk-bag formats. Put the whole list on one enquiry and it comes back on one quotation.
We quote deliveries to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.
The safety data sheet for the product and the batch documentation for the material supplied are issued with the delivery. Ask for the current SDS by grade before you order and we will send it across.
Sanitiser, pH and alkalinity correctors, clarifier and stabiliser all come off the same quotation and the same delivery note, rather than being chased across three suppliers.
Available chlorine grade, particle size, tablet weight and pack format are all chosen at the order. If you are not sure which variant your system takes, tell us what you are running and we will set it out.
We quote delivery to all seven emirates and export consignments to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, with the transport and customs paperwork the destination and mode require.
Price, packing, grade and terms are confirmed in writing against your enquiry, so what you are agreeing to is specific to your order rather than to a general advertisement.
Applications
Different buyers ask for the same chemistry in very different formats. Pick the closest match to see the lines that usually appear on that kind of enquiry.
Hotel and resort estates typically run several bodies of water on one contract, and buy sanitiser, pH correction and clarity products together rather than line by line. Enquiries usually cover a mix of granular and tablet formats across drum and pail packs, scheduled against the property's own service routine.
Pack formats. Usually quoted in 25 kg and 50 kg drums, with pails where product is carried between plant rooms.
Pool maintenance businesses order mixed pallets they can break down across many properties, so pack size matters as much as product. Fixed-weight tablets and small pails are the usual request, drawn down against a route rather than delivered to a single plant room.
Pack formats. Usually quoted in 5 kg and 10 kg pails and 25 kg drums, mixed across products on one order.
Water parks and aquatic centres generally dose through automated equipment and buy in larger formats on a schedule. Enquiries here tend to be for bulk bags, IBCs or tanker deliveries of a smaller number of lines, rather than a broad catalogue in small packs.
Pack formats. Usually quoted in 1,000 kg jumbo bags, 1,000 L IBCs, 50 kg drums or bulk.
Tank chlorination, reservoir and network work and portable water treatment all carry their own approval and record-keeping requirements. Tell us what standard or approval your application has to meet and we will confirm which grades we can offer against it and what documentation we can issue.
Pack formats. Format depends on the application — effervescent tablets through to bulk liquid. Ask by grade.
Cooling towers, process water and effluent treatment are usually run to a programme designed by the site or its water treatment contractor. What we supply into it is the raw chemistry — oxidising biocide, coagulant and pH correction — quoted against the volumes and formats that programme calls for.
Pack formats. Usually quoted in 50 kg drums and bags, 1,000 kg jumbo bags, IBCs or bulk.
How We Work
Prices, availability and delivery terms are confirmed in writing for your specific order. This is how you get there.
Tell us the products and grades you want, the pack sizes, the quantities, and where the goods are going. If you are not certain which grade or format your system takes, say what you are running and we will come back with the options.
Quote form, email or WhatsApp
You get a written quotation covering price, grade, packing, availability and the delivery or Incoterms basis for that order. Anything we commit to is on that document rather than on this website.
Priced against your enquiry
On acceptance we confirm the order and prepare the consignment with the safety data sheet and the batch documentation for the material supplied, plus the transport and customs paperwork an export shipment needs.
SDS and batch documents issued
Goods are delivered on the basis stated in the quotation, to the address on the accepted order. These are classified dangerous goods, so a competent person needs to be there to receive and sign for the consignment.
UAE delivery and GCC export
Coverage
Deliveries within the UAE and export consignments to the GCC are both quoted. Delivery timing and terms are confirmed on the quotation for your specific order rather than promised in general here.

Swimming pool and water treatment chemicals. The range covers chlorine sanitisers — SDIC granules and tablets, TCCA 90, calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite — alongside pH and alkalinity correctors, a coagulant for water clarity, and cyanuric acid stabiliser. Everything is available in pail, drum and bulk-bag formats. The full list, with grades and pack sizes, is on the products page.
SDIC — sodium dichloroisocyanurate, also written NaDCC or dichlor, CAS 2893-78-9 — is a stabilised chlorine donor supplied as a white granule or a pressed tablet. It is one of the standard chlorine chemistries used in swimming pools and in water disinfection. We supply it in 56% and 60% available-chlorine grades, in two particle sizes, and in tablets from 1 g to 200 g.
They are three different chlorine chemistries. SDIC and TCCA are chlorinated isocyanurates and are stabilised, meaning they contain cyanurate; calcium hypochlorite is unstabilised and contains calcium instead. They differ in available chlorine, in how quickly they dissolve and in whether their solution is acidic or alkaline — the typical values for each are published on its product page. Which one suits a given installation is a decision for the person responsible for that water system.
SDIC granules and tablets are supplied in 5 kg and 10 kg pails, 25 kg and 50 kg HDPE drums and 1,000 kg jumbo bags. TCCA 90 comes in pails and 25 kg and 50 kg drums. Calcium hypochlorite comes in 45 kg and 50 kg drums and in pails. The pH range — sodium bisulphate, sodium bicarbonate and soda ash — comes in 25 kg and 50 kg bags and jumbo bags. Sodium hypochlorite is supplied in cans, drums, IBCs and bulk.
We can pack under a customer's own label and press custom tablet weights, subject to the product, the quantity and the artwork. Minimum quantities and timescales depend on the item, so tell us what you have in mind — product, grade, pack size and approximate annual volume — and we will confirm what is possible and what it would cost.
Use the quotation form on this site, or send us an email or a WhatsApp message. Tell us the product and grade, the pack size you want, the quantity and where it is going. We will come back with a written quotation covering price, packing and availability for that specific enquiry.
It depends on the product and the pack format — some lines are practical to supply as a single drum and others are quoted by pallet or container. Rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for half the range, we would rather you told us what you need. Send the enquiry and we will tell you straight away whether the quantity works.
Availability varies by product, grade and quantity, and imported items depend on the shipping position at the time. We confirm the lead time in writing on the quotation for your specific order rather than making a general promise here, so that the date you are given is one for your consignment.
We trade business to business. These are bulk industrial and pool-trade chemicals sold in commercial pack sizes, classified as dangerous goods for transport, and they are supplied to buyers who are equipped to store and handle them and who hold whatever permissions their activity requires.
We quote for delivery across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — as well as Al Ain, and we quote export consignments to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Delivery terms and timing for a given order are stated on the quotation.
Consignments are supplied with the safety data sheet for the product and the batch documentation issued for the material delivered, together with the delivery note. Export consignments additionally require the customs and dangerous-goods paperwork appropriate to the destination and mode of transport. Tell us at the enquiry stage what your auditor or your customer needs and we will confirm what we can issue.
Yes. Ask for it by product and grade and we will send the current document. We issue safety data sheets and batch documentation against the material being supplied rather than hosting generic files for download, so that what you receive matches what is actually in the drum.
The figures on this website are typical values for each grade, published so you can identify the product you are looking for. They are not a specification guarantee and they do not form part of a contract. The document that governs what you received is the batch documentation issued with your consignment.
We do not publish dosing instructions. Application rates depend on the volume, the condition and the temperature of the water, the equipment installed and the local regulations that apply to that system, and getting them wrong can be dangerous. Dose according to the product label and the safety data sheet, and take advice from the person or company technically responsible for the installation.
No. Chlorinated isocyanurates such as SDIC and TCCA must never be combined with calcium hypochlorite, and none of them should come into contact with acids, ammonium compounds, oils or organic material. Mixing can cause fire and the release of chlorine gas. Store each chemistry separately, use dedicated dry equipment for each, and follow the segregation instructions in the safety data sheet.
In their sealed original containers, in a cool, dry, ventilated place, out of direct sunlight, segregated from incompatible chemicals. Moisture is a particular risk for solid chlorine donors. The safety data sheet for each product sets out its storage requirements in full, and storage on your premises must also meet UAE Civil Defence and local authority requirements.
Several of them are. SDIC is UN 2465, TCCA 90 is UN 2468 and calcium hypochlorite is UN 1748, all oxidising solids; sodium hypochlorite is UN 1791 and sodium bisulphate is UN 2837. That classification governs how they are packed, labelled, loaded and transported, and it applies to you as well as to us once the goods are in your care.
Ready when you are
